10mm ID (internal diameter), 12mm OD (outside diameter), clear Polyethylene vacuum hose for general use in composites vacuum bagging and resin infusion. This low-cost hose is ideal resin lines and vacuum lines in resin infusion where resin will cure in the hose meaning it cannot be reused.

This low priced hose is suitable for use as the resin feed and vacuum connection lines for resin infusion hose (where the tube is likely to become fouled with resin and be disposable) and also any vacuum bagging applications that will not be subjected to high temperatures.

Connecting the Hose
This Polyethylene vacuum hose should be connected to through-bag connectors, vacuum pumps and other equipment using a 10mm barb hose tail connector.
High Temperature Use
Polyethylene vacuum hose will soften considerably and collapse at high temperatures and so this hose should NOT be used for any vacuum connections where the tube hose will be subjected to temperatures in excess of 50°C. For high temperature vacuum hose you should always use a silicone vacuum hose.
