Perfect for storing rolls of reinforcement or bagging materials, these sturdy Composite Material Wall Racks are a convenient and professional-looking way to keep your materials safe, tidy and accessible.
The composites materials racks are available in either 1.1m or 1.5m nominal roll width. The 1.1m roll width version is ideally suited to storing 1m wide rolls such as carbon fibre, Kevlar and woven glass whilst the 1.5m roll wide rack is perfect for wider fabric rolls and consumables for vacuum bagging.
The tubes supplied for the 1.1m rack are 1500mm in length and for the 1.5m rack are 1820mm in length. This allows for a bit of adjustment in how the rack brackets are spaced (eg differing core tube lengths), while still allowing enough length of tube to comfortably fit on the rack and give enough slack to aid use and removal of the rolls and tubes.

Both of the Composite Material Wall Racks are 78cm in height. When measuring your wall, we recommend you take into account the size of the rolls you intend to use. Some large rolls may overhang the top and bottom of the rack meaning the overall space needed is more than just the height of the rack.
The 1.5 m wide rack is a nominal dimension. The tubes themselves in the 1.5m rack are 1820mm long, so it is possible to space the wall brackets slightly wider than 1.5m to accommodate the slightly wider BR189 ad VB160 rolls (including inner card cores) without any issues.
The supporting plates are 2.5mm thick.
The actual tubes on the wall rack are 1.5m long for the 1.1m kit and 1.8m long for the 1.5m kit.
Each pole is rated to 20kg with an overall load rating for the whole rack of 80kg.
The distance from the wall to the inside edge of the pole is 75mm.
The tubes are 25.4mm or 1 inch in diameter.

Had the wider (1500mm) rack for several years now and still as good as new. Ideal for part rolls of mat & consumables. A rack that holds full rolls of mat would be a great addition
