High quality plastic laminating rollers for fibreglass/composites wet-lay laminating. These laminating rollers are built to last; they are pretty-much invincible to resin and solvents and the plastic roller itself is non-stick to resin. Better still, the plastic roller can't accidentally scratch your moulds like metal ones can.
Available to buy online in 50mm (2"), 75mm (3") and 100mm (4") widths. Includes roller and frame/handle.

For use with any resin system and reinforcement combination, particularly chopped strand matting and thick laminates. These rollers are also suitable for de-bulking larger pre-preg structures due to their non-stick properties.

Hoe te gebruiken
After wetting out each layer of reinforcement with resin, use the roller with a medium pressure over the entire laminate, this will work out any dry areas and air pockets consolidating the laminate. For pre-pregs; use the roller over large flat areas with a strong pressure to de-bulk a multiple ply laminate.
Spoel de roller na gebruik af in een emmer aceton en laat hem ondergedompeld tot het volgende gebruik, zorg ervoor dat de aceton grondig wordt uitgeschud voor elk gebruik. Als een roller goed wordt schoongemaakt, kan hij vele maanden mee bij dagelijks gebruik.
