Semi flexible backing plate for use with Pai Cristal's range of foam polishing pads and other polishing pads which use a 75mm Velcro interface.
The velcro backing plate for polishing pads works with almost all makes and models of battery powered and mains lead powered electric drills and has a strong Velcro surface which interfaces with the Velcro surface on the reverse side of the polishing pad. To use, simply insert into the drills chuck and tighten the chuck until the plate is solidly mounted.
The 75mm diameter backing plate is designed for use with the 80mm diameter Velcro interface on the Pai Cristal polishing pads making it easier to centre the pad correctly and therefore avoid irritating vibration caused by off-centre pad alignment.
