Disposable plastic trigger spray nozzle suitable for our S120 Advanced Board & Mould Sealer 50ml and 250ml pack sizes.

This spray nozzle can be used to apply a fine mist of board sealer on the surface of patterns and moulds and is recommended when building up the first heavier layers of board sealer. Although not as controllable as a compressed air driven spray gun, these simple spray nozzles offer a convenient way to spray apply the sealer with minimum overspray, set-up and clean-down.

Nozzle Life

S120 is fast curing and will cure inside the spray nozzle once left for more than around 30 mins. This means that one nozzle can be used to make multiple spray applications at - for example - 20 minute intervals but if you are leaving longer between applications or are finished for this session then the sealer will cure in the nozzle and it should be disposed of. It is suggested to purchase a number of spare nozzles.

IMPORTANT: Remove Nozzle After Use

Once you are finished for the session, it is essential to remove the nozzle from the bottle and tightly screw the original cap back on. Do no leave the nozzle (and tube) on the S120 bottle otherwise contamination and premature expiry will occur.

1L Pack Size

This spray nozzle fits the 50ml and 250ml pack sizes only. It does NOT fit the 1L size can. If you would like to use a spray nozzle with the 1L can, we would suggest purchasing a 50ml pack and using this -with a spray nozzle - as a refillable spray dispenser.
