VACBASE 20 is an industrial mobile vacuum system designed for factory floor use. The VACBASE package adds rugged protection, inline air filtration, convenient two-port manifold and a vacuum gauge to the high performance DVP EC.20 vacuum pump. VACBASE 20 is recommended for large scale vacuum bagging, bonding and resin infusion.
The underlying DVP pump technology is considered to be the best on the market offering an unrivalled combination of performance and reliability - backed by a full manufacturer’s warranty.

VACBASE 20 is a rugged mobile industrial large resin infusion vacuum pump system designed for daily factory floor use. The system is based around the renowned DVP EC20 industrial vacuum pump but adds in excellent protection, inline air filtration, vacuum gauge and convenient two-port manifold.
The system has been designed with the needs of composites manufacturers in mind and is the ideal professional solution for resin infusion, vacuum bagging, debulking, vacuum bonding, bag pressing, degassing etc on the shop floor.
The high performance DVP EC20 vacuum pump at the heart of the VACBASE 20 system has been selected for its high 12CFM though-put, high ultimate vacuum level and ultra-reliable performance. The low running noise and zero oil-mist operation also minimise impact of the pump on the workshop environment - making it the perfect workshop vacuum bagging pump.
To protect the pump from the rigours of an industrial environment, the VACBASE 20 is equipped with an inline air filter which sits between the pump and the connection ports, preventing harmful dust, dirt and debris from being drawn through the vacuum pump. The filter is easy to access a replacement filters are sold separately.
Built-into the VACBASE is a two-port manifold which allows two separate connections to the vacuum pump. A high quality glycerine filled vacuum gauge on the VACBASE makes it easy to monitor vacuum level or identify potential leaks.

The Pump does not have any automated control functions. The pump is controlled by the manual hand operated switch. However, it does feature a non-return check valve and so if you wanted to automatically switch the pump you could do this by switching its power supply without causing and damage to the pump.
The VacBase is 50 cm long by 28cm wide and 35cm in height.
