Carbon Fibre Box Section

Our range of box section carbon fibre pultrusions are manufactured using high strength carbon fibre and epoxy resin matrix for maximum accuracy and performance. They are available in sizes from 4mm to 20mm diameter in 1m or 2m lengths.

Carbon fibre box section is a hollow square section carbon fibre tube made from cured carbon fibre (CFRP). Although the smaller profile sizes can be bent to an extent, they are essentially rigid products ready to use directly in projects. These box-section profiles are manufactured using the pultrusion process which results in unidirectional fibre orientation running length-ways down the profile, making them as still as possible down their length. Carbon fibre box section can be used in a huge range of applications including robotics, automation, lightweight structures, UAVs, drones, sports and leisure equipment, exhibitions, displays and much more.

We also carry conventional round section pultruded carbon fibre tube.
