Working with your Purchasing Procedures

Easy Composites are proud to supply hundreds of schools, universities and educational institutions around the world with composite materials and equipment for purposes ranging from demonstrating the properties of composite materials and engineering principles through to the complete supply of materials and equipment for competition vehicle builds.

Our experienced sales staff can work with students, teachers or support staff to meet with your purchasing procedure requirements, including raising formal quotes, proforma invoices or in some cases, full tenders to ensure a smooth purchasing process that meets the requirements of your organisation.

Buying from a School, University or Public Body within the EU

For EU-based schools, colleges, universities and government institutions we are happy to accept official purchase orders for payment on a 30 days credit account. Alternatively, purchases can be paid for at the time of ordering.

Ordering Procedure

1. If your ordering system requires us to be on your approved suppliers list and we're not on there already, please email through your supplier details form and we'll complete it and return it to you promptly.
2. If you require a quotation against which to raise a purchase order then please email through your quotation request (RFQ) with a list of product codes and quantities and we will reply to you with an official quotation.
3. Official purchase orders must be emailed to sales@easycomposites.com
4. Upon receipt of your purchase order, the order will be added to our system and, providing we have all the necessary information, an order confirmation will be sent by return. The order will then be immediately processed and dispatched.
5. A delivery note will accompany the order, referencing your purchase order number.
6. A 30 day invoice will be emailed/or mailed to the specified finance contact.

Once your account has been created we can provide you with login details which will allow you to place future orders directly through the website if desired.
