10 years ago, Dave was making film and TV props, and the majority of it was fibreglass, with some resin moulded parts. These had to be made from clay, then used to make a silicone mould. Sometimes these were glove moulds with a fiberglass jacket for support. For small enough parts, the moulds were cast from solid silicone.

About 5 years ago, Dave was making some bespoke parts for motorcycles, and although most were based on metal fabrication, he dabbled a bit in carbon. back then, although he was very new to it, and made parts more for lightness than aesthetics.

After moving to the isle of Man, to help out a friend in the Sidecar F2 race. Dave made him some parts for his sidecar outfit, and things took off from there. Lots of the other racers wanted bespoke carbon fibre parts, made one off, and being based on the island, it was quicker and cheaper than ordering from other race producers.

Since then, Dave have moved on to supplementing the race stuff with parts for the car clubs Mini Girls Uk, and ScoobyUK while still making film and TV props.
