Ball End Wax Filleting Tools Set of 3

Set of 3 plastic ball end wax filleting tools for creating accurate and consistent radius fillets in filleting wax and Plasticine.

A must-have set of tools for the composite fabricator, this set of 3 filleting tools allows for fast and neat application of accurate radii in filleting wax and plasticine, the contact spheres on the tools are made from hard-wearing acetal plastic making them less likely than traditional brass tools to mark or damage mould or pattern surfaces.

How to Use

To achieve a neat and accurate fillet between 2 faces simply press a suitably sized bead of filleting wax or plasticine into the corner by hand, then firmly hold the required tool size against the 2 faces and drag through the wax or plasticine to form the fillet.

Tool Sizes

Each of the three tools has 2 different diameter spheres:

• Tool 1 - 6mm and 10mm
• Tool 2 - 12mm and 15mm
• Tool 3 - 20mm and 25mm
