This 1/2 inch reinforced vacuum hose is ideal for use with our DVP EC.20 Industrial Vacuum Pump when the higher flow rate of 1/2" tubing is desired - such as rapid degassing of volatile and rapid curing resins.
The hose has a 1/2"/12.7mm ID (bore) with an 18.7mm OD.

Hoe te gebruiken
To connect the wire reinforced PVC hose to a pump or piece of vacuum equipment we recommend using a 12mm Hose-Tail Barb Connector 1/2" BSP. The 1/2" BSP thread then enables easy fitting of the hose to the equipment either directly to a 1/2" BSP thread on the equipment itself or via one of our other numerous High quality vacuum fittings and connectors.
The hose is a tight fit onto the hose tail barb connector. To help ensure simple and easy fitting, we recommend dipping the end of the hose into very hot water to soften the PVC, thus enabling the hose to easily slide onto the hose tail barb. Once cooled down, the hose will remain tightly fitted onto the barb and is very unlikely to work loose.
