These nozzles are designed to fit our CG110 Gelcoat Spraying Cup Gun. They are ideal for replacement of a damaged or clogged nozzle and also as alternative sizes for spraying differing viscosity gelcoats.
Our CG110 Gelcoat Spraying Gun is supplied with a 4mm nozzle as standard which is ideal for a range of sprayable gelcoats. For different viscosity gelcoats and thicker resins, a different sized nozzle may be necessary to get optimal results. As such, nozzles are available in a variety of bore sizes.
How to Buy
Nozzles are available individually in sizes 1,2,3,4 and 5mm bore sizes. Also available as a set of 4, which includses the 1,2, 3 and 5mm nozzles to give a complete set with the 4mm nozzle already included with the gun itself.

How to Fit
The nozzles are simply screwed into place once the old nozzle has been unscrewed. The nozzle only needs to be hand tight. We do not recommend using any tools or grips to aid tightening the nozzle as the brass nozzle may be distorted or damaged if excessive force is used.
Replaement O-rings
The O-ring on the nozzle may be damaged in use and as such is available as a replacement item here: O-rings for CG110 Gelcoat Spraying Cup Gun
Unscrew the nozzle from the gun lid. If it is more than hand tight, use the slotted recess on the CG110 Gun's included tool to engage with the recesses on the nozzle head and unscrew the nozzle.
Remove old O-ring taking care to not damage the soft brass. Clean the O-ring recess of dirt and debris. Carefully slide the new O-ring over the nozzle until it fits in the recess. Screw the nozzle back into the gun lid finger tight only.
