Our range of resins and gelcoats intended or suitable for finishing composite patterns and making composites moulds/tools.

When producing or finishing a pattern, our Pattern-Coat Primer and Hi-Gloss can be used to give patterns a high quality finish that will provide a reliable release when using the pattern to create the final mould.

For mould production we have both vinylester and epoxy systems. Our Uni-Mould vinylester tooling system is a cost-effective, low shrinkage tooling system ideal for producing larger moulds suitable for polyester, vinylester and epoxy component moulding. Epoxy gelcoats and resins offer low odour and near zero shrinkage with epoxy laminating pastes providing a fast and easy way to reinforce epoxy moulds. For high temperature use, up to and including prepreg curing temperatures, we have our EG160 high temperature epoxy tooling gelcoat, EL160 laminating resin and EMP160 laminating paste.
